Sustainability policy

At Beyond the Sky, we believe in taking responsibility for our impact on the environment. As a result, we have implemented a sustainability policy that governs our daily operations and business practices. Our goal is to reduce our environmental footprint and promote sustainable practices within our industry. To achieve this objective, we are focusing on reducing paper use in our organization.

That’s why we have committed to a paperless office environment and have implemented a “no printing” policy for all our internal communications and documents. By doing so, we can save paper, reduce our carbon footprint, and minimize waste. Consequently, we encourage our team members, partners, and stakeholders to adopt this policy and to use digital means for communication and documentation as much as possible.

Sustainability policy in action

To give you an idea of how we are reducing paper use, here are some of the ways we are achieving this goal.

  • Utilize digital tools and software to manage and store our documents, reducing the need for paper-based filing systems.
  • Encourage employees to use digital communication channels such as email, instant messaging, and video conferencing for internal and external communications.
  • Offer electronic signatures and digital document sharing platforms to reduce the need for printing and mailing physical copies of documents.
  • Have reduced the use of printed marketing and promotional materials, opting instead for digital media and online platforms.

Additionally, we recognize that reducing paper use is just one aspect of our sustainability policy, but we believe it is an important one. Beyond the Sky is committed to continuously improving our environmental performance and reducing our impact on the planet. We encourage our employees, partners, and customers to join us in this effort, and we welcome any suggestions or feedback on how we can improve our sustainability practices.

Ultimately, by working together, we can make a positive impact on the environment and create a more sustainable future.
